Hi, I am preparing to apply for Express Entry program. I have already dispatched documents for ECA and my IELTS is scheduled on 28th Feb. I wanted to know if I apply in March after getting my ECA and IELTS score, will there be less chances to get selected. Thanks, Sandeep
