I think you should apply for visitor just to be on the safe side, thats what our lawyer advised us to do and I think it was the right decision. Good luck to you

I totally agree, Im sure all we want is to work and be able to help providing for our families, its not about not being graceful but it is really hard to not know when we will be entitled to the OWP. I am very happy for those of you who already got yours and I understand how frustrating it is...
