    I did my test on July 15th, Decision Made several days later. But till now nothing received. I know several friends from the same Montreal office, did test July and August already finished their oath. Don't know why there is such a big difference.

    I delivered my file at 15 Oct from Montreal and get nothing till now. I called CIC last week, an agent said I'd better wait two more weeks, if still no news, it may be lost.
