I think even we don't have AOR, we still have right to know the CAP information, otherwise CIC suddenly cut all applications without transparent message that is really rough :( >:(

#745 was CO, received date was Oct.24 ::) I calculate September applications, they took over 43 days to CO whole month, so I think the process time is normal right now. The whole Oct. applications will be CO around the end of this month, just relax..

Look at #755, CO at Jan. 16, still moving...be patient :P
