As such, there is not any guideline from CIC so far on selection process ... these are our assumptions only. So let us wait and watch ... and enjoy :)

I have a question here ... If EE draw is not NOC dependent then - Considering CIC selects 1000 top scorers and they all are from NOC 2171~5 ... then would it mean that these 1000 top scorers will be absorbed in jobs other than NOC 2171~5 as well ... means computer professionals in Mechanical /...

I think selection will be based on both i.e. top scorers within each NOC demanded by CIC . Balance between demand and supply is must ...
