I had similar situation.. I got my work permit rejected bcs I have already finished with my one year pgwp..still I tried to reniew as I cudnt get lmia.. but they rejected my application.. then I created EE profile and got invitation.. after I get ITA I went back to india and spent 10 months...

Officer gave client copy as well as cic copy of Copr to me and my husband.. we are confused..what to do next.. CIC is not picking up the phone..

I am sure that we all are going to get ppr at the same time.. yet no idea wen they will start it.. I wish it shud happen before Christmas.. they may shut down their office for few days from Christmas to new year..

I had the similar situation.. so how did u apply for BOWP? I mean under what category? You can only get new sin after you work permit get approved..

And keep calling until a nice agent picks the phone.. from my experience, I can tell you that cic agents tell different things on different phone calls.. some will beat around the bush.. some will be rude.. try ur luck.. all the best..

I think I had similar case but not a baby. I got married after I got AOR. So I contacted my lawyer and as per his advice I sent my husband's passport and our marriage certificate to cic.. after that, they sent me a form to include spouse.. I guess it will be same for you too.. you will have to...

I asked about this to my lawyer.. He told me that i have to show at least 5000 even if i have a full-time job..
