Re: NOC 3012 and NOC 3233 The impression I have from the Nclex exam schedule, need to do a bridging programme etc is that it could take an average of 1 to 2 years to be fully settled as a nurse. Is that correct? Are you fully settled? How long did it take for you to be fully settled?

I am assuming one lives frugally especially when one is still job hunting - so that is cooking at home instead of eating in a restaurant, not going to the movies. I mean just the basics/ essentials

I would answers for your own city, town etc I do not have a specific city but if one insists on a location, I will say Toronto and its environs.

Is the amount of funds that is required in the proof of funds, the amount to survive without working for 6 months? If the answer is yes, does that mean it takes an average of 6 months to find a job in ones occupation? Thanks
