Yes, Ecas changed with Oath info before I actually received letter. However, Ecas was updated with test information a month after I did test so I don't think it's completely reliable for timely updates.

Processing time for pr renewals has been decreasing weekly.

They received my application on October 8, 2014. It was processed and approved on the same day, February 2, 2015 and mailed to me on February 5, 2015.
