Hi My parents application status changed to "In progress" and its showing that they sent me a correspondence on Feb 10. But i have not received any email yet. Do i need to call CIC to confirm?

What about PCC?

Can somebody help me. My parents file is in que. Application status is "Application received". They have Supervisa and they are coming to Canada on Feb 2017. I am afraid if they got their medical after that, do they have to go back to India to do that or they can have it here?
