Hi, I am seeing `Decision Made` on ECAS but when I login to the account, I am still seeing Citizenship ceremony as Not started. I have not received any communication after decision made. Is that normal?

On July 10, all of my tasks reported as exclude except oath. But I still have not received any communication for ceremony? Anyone else in the same situation? I am located in Brampton
