you can just use your previous express entry file number, i dont believe its gonna make any sense for your SINP if you do not have any invitation letter. if you get nominee from SINP, you can re-apply express entry, SINP will bring you extra 600 points.

hey guys, i got my aor at aug 21, 2015, the day before yesterday i checked my online application, it is "decision made" but when i clicked in, it still says "medical result received", no sentences like "we made a decision, we will contact you later...." does it mean anything?
