According to timelines by other posters, you should be receiving your card for straightforward application in next 2 weeks.
For not able to link issue, it can be either due to mismatch in info or application not yet in processing
Timeline for my mother’s PR renewal:
May 29: Applied online
Aug 1 : able to link application to gckey
Aug 7: Application approved
Aug 14: Card received in mail.
Why are you worried for application submitted in June? Processing time right now is around 3 months which will take you into September on average. You could be lucky to have it processed earlier but normally I wouldn’t be worried until September
This forum is full of members posting their timelines. If you look for it, they are processing end of May applications. So expect on an average around a month more of wait before it will be linked/processed
Does your partner fulfill RO of 730 days in last 5 years. If yes, then fill Others (Vacation) but if not then fill B and you might need to explain your situation in that case
I don’t see how they can reject someone’s application if they have provided the documents as per checklist. As this is a new wording, most probably it’s a typo from them in the website
This might be a typo in their website as checklist is the one to follow. There are thousands of people in this forum who have renewed the card without destroying it.
Not sure if you understood the reply. You do not have to destroy the card if you are applying for renewal. Only if you are trying to replace a valid card which is very rare, then you need to upload the destroyed card copy.
If I recall correctly there’s a checkbox at the bottom which says something like I agree to something. You will have to uncheck that to proceed if no aadhar details filled.
Hi
I received a letter to pick up my PR from Etobicoke office on 7th January. It says office is open from 8 am to 3 pm. If I am there at the opening of office, how much time am I expected to wait before getting the PR?
