Same for me too. They received my application on Aug 14, 2019. Still no test invite. I mailed IRCC and they responded saying due to the pandemic processing times will be more than usual and they will process it at the earliest. :( Now, the big problem. Our PR Card expires on Nov 2020. Confused...
