I would recommend doing an upfront MR asap and if you want maybe pay the RPRF as well. Whenever they get to your application, you dont want these two items stalling your application.

Yes I did submit my application without the RCMP criminal record and I have received my medical request. Have you request GCMS notes yet? If not then please do that ASAP. I cannot emphasize the importance of these notes.

You seem to be in the exact same situation as I was in. My application was also linked with my lawyers email address. This should not impact your application at all. You can use your email address for the GCMS note.
