Finally got my PR card! After 59 days! ;D ;D ;D The wait is over. It was hard to believe they were able to send it out to me, but they are still unable to update processing times on their website. Any questions?

So you didn't need any additional pictures when landing at the border? That's great. Because I just got an appointment at CIC office in Halifax (March 2!!!) to validate my COPR and they ask for 2 pictures of me. I won't wait that long and will go to the usa border this week.

I really hope they are sending me COPR. They like to tease. ;D But I can't wait any longer. After landing I will be worried again to get my PR card ASAP for my travel to the US and then visiting family in Europe. I also wish so badly to be able to get PR travel document from within Canada...

So no more pictures needed? Just passport, COPR and current work permit. Was expecting another request for additional 6 pictures of me and all of my friends. Just kidding.

Looks like it was delivered directly to them. Canada post status says "Out for delivery" and then "delivered" and signature image showed as well. I won't tell you to be patient, because I am not patient myself.

That's interesting. Mine was signed by an officer even though I didn't requested a signature. However, it looks like when the documents aresent to a PO BOX, it will be picked up by somebody at some point.

PPR JANUARY 28. My tracker got activated as well! Sent the documents with passport copy last week on Thursday, Jan 28. Delivered to CIC on Friday and already on the way back to me with COPR! That's an extremely quick processing time.

I have similar dilemma. Could you please share how it all went? I also have a Canadian partner and we are in common-law union now. But we were not at the time I applied for PR. I informed CIC a couple of days ago. Now I am just waiting for COPR, but I'm not really sure what to expect. Thanks...
