Hi I am in the same boat, i sent the quebec application around the same time , and it got returned back to me. CHecked with a lawyer and he said the CSQ is supposed to be sent after Fedrel request. But my application still shows in submitted status. Anyone facing the same

They have responded to me directly over the email. No notification in mycic account though.

The same is happening with me, My account is with citibank says they can provide a letter stating my current balance with my bank account opening date with no of months that this account is opened.

I am facing the same problem.. Even after sending all the documents their website show, document not received. Its been 2 days that i have dropped them the mail, but they haven't revert. Kindly help. Regards, Kuldeep Singh
