I sponsored my husband who is living in Pakistan. I want to order notes to know the status of my application. Please help me to fill out the consent form. Do I write my name or my husband's name in section A ? and whose name do I put in section C ?

I submitted my application in July 2013 and since then never got any medical request from Islamabad or London. My application was sent to London in September 2014. I am wondering what they did to my application in Islamabad for one year :P Please tell me what do you mean by order notes.

I submitted my application to Islamabad office in July 2013 and still no response... They did not even ask for my husband's medical as we did not submit it with our application in the first place.

What do you mean by order notes? and do you have any idea why they have not asked for my husband's medical yet as we did not submit it with our application.

I submitted my husband's application on July 2, 2013 which then sent to Islamabad on July 30, 2013. They transferred our case to London in September 2014 and we were not told about it until I figured it out myself by emailing to London Office. Since then we have not heard anything from London...
