Hi Clareen, yes you are right about the 4-6 weeks waiting for the passport of dependants . But according to a friend the immig officer said that it will take 4-6 weeks to receive her PR card but it took her 2 months. I hope that it will come sooner. Thank you, I'm sure yours is on its way too.

Inform them right away go to the nearest Service Canada in your area and they will advise you what to do. I am not sure about the consequences though.

I am so sorry to hear that. I know nakakafrustrate talaga ang maghintay ng hindi mo alam kung kailan dadating ang hinihintay mo. Inabot din ng 45 months yung application ko. Malapit na yan kasi yung sa depndant ko magexpire sya this April so hopefully next month susunod ka na. Hope for the best...

Have you tried emailing them ? ( question@ cic.gc.ca). I wrote them a little message asking the status of my PR application. They will get back to you and will ask important information. After you provide them that information add a litlle message that your application passed the processing...
