It was sold to me in USD it came up to 1218 USD plus change so I rounded it off to 1220usd. I was told it will be paid to the recipient in the local currency. Guess this is our only way...

No they don't need a license because u r not currently working in that regulated profession in Canada. If u look at how the information was ordered in the application guidelines u would realize it came after working in Canada so that should give u a clue. I know it can be read in different ways...

Hey I did. NOC 3112 family physician. Not in Canada either. The Q n A above doesn't apply to the current OOPNP human capital priority stream selection process. Limit yourself to the application guide and other info specifically related to the Human capital priority stream.

Re: need to know about Express entry That should be NOC 3111. The report should show your MBBS as equivalent to a Doctor of medicine. When you hopefully receive an ITA you just include your specialist certificate and other relevant info to show you have been practicing as a gynecologist!

Choose the latter that's the category our profession falls under.
