I applied under NOC 1111 and today got my all documents returned from CIC. Reason stated NOC 1111 reached 1000 cap. So people who stating that they got their documents returned is unfortunately true.. :( :-[ Anyways, will try now in Express Entry. All the very best to rest of you.. :)

Dear Members, I applied under NOC 1111 on 27 Nov and CIC must have received by 2nd Dec'14. At the time of applying there was 450 applications received by them, but now it is showing 554 Complete and 377 Pending applications updated on 16 Dec'14. I just want to know how old Pending applications...
