No i have not given my medicals yet , i am waiting for Medical Request..... My representative told me not to go for upfront medicals......I called C.I.C. Call Center about my status they said that they cannot take any action on my application before JULY .....Due date for second review is March...

Its the due date for Second Review under Eligibility ..First it was in Dec for me, then it changed to Feb and now it has changed to March.

Jan applicant ..even m still waiting for MR...Second Review postponed Again.

Now 3rd time Second Review date has been postponed. Dec to Feb to March...............CIC and WAIT :(

If you are MAY applicant u should not expect that second review will be completed soon........In my case too it was reviewed by officer 1 and then he made a note for Review By Officer and then the officer sent me a letter asking for documents. I replied them back in September after that no news...

What was the number you called at to Contact C.I.C.??

Yeah most probably they have postponed it as it was the first due date for ur second review . Same thing was done in my case. Hopefully this time second review date will not be postponed again. Thanks

Well Even then my its been 13 months since i applied , On the first week of March it will be 12 months since my file got transferred to Processing Office Ottawa. This wait is killing me :(

Yeah they might have postponed it. Even mine got postponed from December end to Feb end . Just hoping this time they ll not postpone it

It depends on V.o. that how long they take. But i feel its positive that they are giving you the chance to clarify. Stay Positive

One thing more i will like to discuss..My GCMS notes show the last Updates have been made by Visa Officer around 22:30...So if same officer has to go through my papers how will he contact employer because our company office closes at 5 pm.

Well i also thought the same. But when i called CIC they agent told me that 13 month period starts when file reaches Case Processing Office......Otherwise my 13 months will be over in a week but still i am waiting to hear something from C.I.C.

First thing you are not the only one waiting , i applied in Jan 2014 and i am still waiting for my 2nd review which is due Feb end , i am waiting for second Review from October. About Processing times they count the time when ur file Reaches Processing Ofiice so add one or two months to the date...

Please keep on updating about CIC reply after second review. Mine is due on feb 24
