Yep! Better try and still have a back up plan. Anyway, What does the 'complete application' means in the cic website. When is the completeness check done by cic? Is it after CC charge? Or right after they receive our application? TIA

Still try to submit. But keep a duplicate copy of all docs you submitted. I just sent my application last week and keeping all my hopes high. We will never know. Goodluck to all
