Problem fixed! It was maybe the date. Visa valid from 2014-05-20 to 2015-05-20 plan to stay 2015-05-20 to 2015-09-30 I changed my planned stay from 2015-05-21 to 2015-09-30 and used Internet Explorer. Than I was able to upload it.
