Thanks for your reply. May I ask what is the collection process? Does my wife have to wait to pick the card or can she go back ... she has to complete her studies for three months up in our home country, and then I can pick it for her and deliver it to her.

I am in the same position as your case. DM on both side and waiting for PPR while the same on gckey. It's been a week for me so I am guessing it's normal.

The gckey page says that case closed and application approved. So I am guessing this is different. Anyways, can't be convinced till we get the passport ... :)
