    Sorry I am confused. So if we are approved for stage 1 in Jun 2015, no matter what OWP I apply afterward after stage 1, my sponsorer still need to leave?     Is that really TRUE??? I never knew that we can apply outland if both of us are within Canada. If thats the case, I would consider to withdraw my inland application to outland with take shorter time.
