April 21st delivered

Mine got approved and closed last friday, return tracker is not activated yet. any estimate?

Just wondering if they care about current status after PNP. if my status changes from worker to study, does it affect my elligibility and processing? Do I have to provide evidence about my curret status and tie to province? they did not ask for anything about current job, status or tie.

Is there any restriction for "Not to have further studies" in OOPNP? I saw this restriction in Master stream PNP, Can I apply for study permit and start my studies in Ontario meanwhile OOPNP is in process? Is it count as tie in Ontario?

Let say the LMIA is recieved for Open work permit holder just for PR application, Is it mandatory to work for the same employer until the PR is cleared? or is it possible to move anywhere after LMIA?

Currently I am eligible for both CEC and FSW on EE system, I have not count my work experience outside of Canada yet, I have 2 years of work experience outside of Canada, If I count on this experience to gain more scores in EE system, and by any chance (after ITA) the officer is not satisfied...

I guess if your highest degree (let say Master) is from Canada, there is no need to accredit your degrees, I am in the same situation

I believe express entry profile system does not take into account PGWP holders, It is not clear how to respond the questionnaire if you have PGWP, every body has different answer :(
