You see? That's why I am confused, I've always booked my bus tickets and train tickets online, and I'm also comfortable with that. But a lot of people are saying agents are better in case of flights, because they give you some kinda "inside info" (I really don't know what that means).

No... that wont be an issue, they just check total required funds in the account of ur name... thats it They dont check who transferred what and when.
