Thanks for your reply. The reason I used 2 noc codes is because my JD is not close enough to any NOC listed. I contacted HR Canada and they suggested me the two codes, asked me to pick one. Then I hired immigration consultant and even they suggested there is no harm in use both the codes...

What do you mean by two work permits? Mine was open work permit and no restrictions... i can work for any job with any employer. can you please clarify what exactly you mean. Thanks for your reply. thanks
