Not to worry If your ECAS indicates that your status is completed and you were permitted a PR status in Canada. i suppose you are not in canada, so there is no way you can follow up on phone. You just need to wait for the card.

They just said that its unfortunate that my family received and i didn't. The main thing is that it has been approved and sent to production facility. Due to a backlog it got delayed. But not to worry it is a routine. Do you have similar case?

I have a similar case. I landed on 25th May, my wife and 2 kids received their PR card on 27th Aug. Till now i haven't received mine, although i called CIC many time, but no card yet. According to them its just an unfortunate scenario but not to worry.

U have to call at 18882422100. of course when you are going to say i landed on 26th May, they are not going to entertain you. But you have to pull the information from them by asking general question instead case specific. Like if you landed in 3rd week how soon you can get your card. Or what...

I landed on 25th May. I called cic yesterday, they said most probably i am going to receive the PR card somewhere around 7 Sept.

For the friends who landed on 3rd week of May. I called CIC yesterday, since i landed on 25th may so they said somewhere around 30th Aug i am supposed to receive the PR card. she declined to share any information with me and if i need any information from CIC, i should call after 30th Aug...

I landed on 25th May, i have the same. But i am sure they are going to dispatch the card onto your Canada address, what so ever it is, either home address or mailing address. cheers

Hi, Me and my family landed on May 25th. Yesterday Ecas was updated with our Canadian home address. Hopefully it means that they have started to process the May immigrants. Waiting for the card now :)
