Can some body tell me about, how much time i will get rejection letter. I am july 30 applicant. I am unable to find any details

Is CIC sending rejection emails also.

I am applicant of university Professor NOC. my application received july 30. DD mode. Till date i have not got any response or email. Any comments or suggestions by members.
