you dont necessarily need to wait for weeks.. Just wait for 2 days and then, continuing on the same mail chain, fwd the email to Delhi CHC (email id is DELHI-IM-ENQUIRY.. something.. check that out) and tell them that you have already requested for passport submission office tobe changed to new...

no Expideted processing. No Direct interaction with Consulate. everything related to CANADA visa or ImMIgration in INDIA has to happen through VFS

Of course they do, they have a list of medical physicians on the CIC website for each country. Try searching the CIC website regarding medicals.. I m sure you will find the info u are looking for.
