Hello Folks, My NOC : 2132 Application received at CIC on 3rd NOV'2014. Checked with the bank and the DD is not charged till date and am a frustrated. Would like to know, how to contact CIC from INDIA. Do we have to contact the New Delhi VO or any other VO. Please help.

I have not see the link nor the instructions to complete the profile for EE. Is CIC going to publish the same on 12 noon JAN'15.

Thank You. My application received CIC Sydney on 03.11.14 . But as per the spread sheet CIC is still working on SEP'14 applicants . I guess my chances of making it are bleak , given that the DD is still not charged. :( :(

Hi Vijji, Ya thats right, DHL usually does not update the name of the person who has received the package. Hence, nothing to worry.

Folks, are there any applicants in the month of NOV'14 who received PER for NOC 2132. My application received on 3rd NOV'14. DD not charged till date. With 2015 soon approaching all the FSW applicants would be left clueless, once the Express Entry sets in. :'( :'( :'( :'(
