OK. Thanks there could be some hope left, I will just wait some more, I pray and hope for the best. My application was filed on Sept 15th for 2171 which is capped now.

Please if a NOC is capped and one has not received PER MAIL or cash deduction, does it mean the application did not scale through? Should the person forget about FSWP 2014 altogether
