When I called CIC Call Centre asking for the status of my application of citizenship in Dec 2014, the agent told me "has been granted" in Nov 2014. But today when I call CIC again, the agent told me my case is still "in process" I am so confused! Is there anyone else has the same situation...

My guess (and it is just a guess) is that the FPAT is still in use, and specifically is used as it was before, to compose the referral to the Citizenship Judge in a residency case. But, nonetheless, I am curious to see whether anyone is reporting actually seeing a FPAT get prepared after August...

My ATIP report show that:" FPAT complete...short form" What this mean? Does this mean I need to go to a judge hearing? I know many asked this before, but I did not find any clear answer in this forum. :)
