thanks. However, the ceremony time and date listed on my oath letter is not available online :) Only 9 am is available online and my letter says 10.30 am. And as usual the call centre is too busy to even queue the call. Good luck

Actually I called CIC and they said my file was transferred to Scarborough in Oct and they finished background checks 2 weeks ago, not sure what the office is doing now. But you might also be in Scarborough vs St Clair, not sure how much better it is.
