If you did together in a single application , I suppose its over, also there is no such regulation that says that if you call to get your UCI no you cannot apply for 2 -3 years . Try express entry now.

thanks alot your advise is really appreciated....yeah even i have decided to inform them as i think its better late than never....but the thing is i was treated about 27-28 years back and its not possible to obtain doc prescription and treatment details...yes bt off course i can provide them...
