I've already got serious into submitting my application for NOC 4131 but sad to know that is now omitted as one of the priority jobs. Maybe it's not the time for me and we just hope and pray God has a better plan for us. :) ;D

I just ask an immigration consultancy reps seconds ago and she said this will take effect December this year so she said I can still have the chance? I'm confused if I should rush my application and not be affected by this new policy. :-\ :'(
