Good evening! We applied some time ago for permanent residence in family class. As the information in CIC homepage is not overly clear, we chose paid the wrong fee. Instead of sponsorship application (75 CAD) and principal applicant fee (475 CAD) we paid spouse, common-law partner or conjugal...

We paid only the "Spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner" fee. I wonder if it influences our case some way, as the amount is same as the other 2 combined.

Thank you, Saria1, for encouraging words. I did the same mistake as some others. Downloaded the forms just few days before the emerging of updated forms and sent the application out 3rd of December with old form.

Do you remember what form was changed in August and what were the changes?

Is there a possibility that Warsaw office treats different countries differently? If it is not a secret then from what country is the person who you are talking to from? Have you heard anything from Warsaw office after you recieved your AOR? Do you see your case online?
