Thats true Naveed. Everyone seems to be silent about the NOC 2171. No one is reporting anything or CIC has stopped charging !!!

My application has reached CIC on Sep 4th for the NOC 2171. Haven't heard from them yet !!! Worried now !!! Patiently impatient !! :)

I am also a Sep 4th applicant for 2171 !!! I am forced to believe that September applicants for 2171 might not fall in the cap !!!
