All 2172 applicants after 10th dec will say you the same thing, wait dear wait we are already in queue and very much worried because of unknown situation. It is request to CiC take care of us we worked very hard to send application:(

I am also 2172 16 Dec Applicant. So what you concluded after talking three times. Either actually it is capped or just statement. As lot NOCs in which there were more applications than 2172 on last update in Dec, still going and charging. It is unbelievable news to me if it is truth.

Anybody received back application package after cap in their NOC. My NOC is 2171 and Oct 28 application receiving date. Will they send all documents along with DD????? Expected delivery?? Original IELTS report and ECA report are very precious to apply in EE.
