Call 001 6139444000 at Ontario day time for status or for UCI#. You will have to be patient with the call, it takes a lot of time and a lot of selections. The customer care executive might ask you details. No need to know application # or something.

I was thinking CIC would give the status if it returns the file in a covering letter or so. Or call up the number 0016139444000. and ask them.

I personal messaged you in this forum. It was my guess that your application should fall in the cap.

No idea, I am confused. I think, July 28th application should fall in cap. Did you call/email CIC and found the reason on first hand?

If they don't work on hot NOCs, their office will get piled up with the files beyond 1000 and they have to struggle to send them back again. That is the only reason they concentrated on 2173 which is good. That way they are at least alerted people who planned to send the applications now.

Do not give up. CIC may be counting the highly applied NOCs like 2173 in a different way. So we dont know till which month or date they counted. So try be cool until you get a status.

You may try. But you must be ready for either file return with status "Cap reached" or something. Who knows the cap of 699 may be updated for the files received till Nov 6th. It may not be the case that all the 669 are CC charged. But all these are assumptions. If you dont have a problem of...
