I am feeling pretty edgy about this. My application for NOC 1123 had reached on 12th Nov. I am still waiting for my CC to be charged and for PER. The CIC has updated my NOC as 482/340 ....does that I mean that I can fall under those 340 for whom completeness check has started? Because so...

YES buddy you have picked up all the right forms. Even in my case only my wife and I are the applicant, where I am the primary applicant. Except for the "Use of Representative" form I have also omitted the forms that you have striked out. In my case I have used a lawyer as my Representative.

Thats really fast I must say. Coz I had sent my package from Ontario by Fedex on 7th Nov and it only reached Sydney on 12th Nov. Imagine!! That too in an overnight delivery.
