Hi! Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm an August 27 applicant. No PER yet and my bank couldn't confirm if my bank draft has already been encashhed. I tried to call CIC twice to ask for my UCI but both times I was declined. How were you able to get yours? Thank you! Best of luck to us!
