My Noc is 2174, from the spreadsheet it looks like the last app acepted was from July 2nd, but a lot of people from this noc have received their app back. I am not sure if they are holding it there of it they lost my docs.

Hi Guys, My app was received July 4th, for Hot Noc 2174, so I probably didnt make it, but I have not received my app back yet, I have been reading here a lot of people that sent their app after mine already received theirs. Should I wait for a few more days or consider that they lost my docs?

Has any of you received your application back due to 2174 cap? Mine is from 4th of July and I have not received it back or had the cc charged.
