Yeah, same naman po... Ang explanation sa kin ng CIC-MOA. Since nag-change na daw ang form ng Schedule 3 on 14th August, minimum of 1 year na daw ang counted. Less than 1 year hindi na daw considered. Pero wala namang changes na naka-indicate sa Eligibility na naka-post sa cic.gov.ca. Sobrang...
