Hello, I just received my SA today (Application was sent Nov. 27th). My wife is Korean and we expected the application to be sent to Manilla for Stage 2. However in the SA email I received, it appears that they sent it to Ottawa. Has anyone else had this happen? Or know what it means? Thanks.
