Yeah same here. but i am in Canada now. My wife is in Gujarat with COPR expiring 17 July. Let me know if you find any more info or success to get special flights as one year visa validity is confusing criteria

Bro, looking at your timeline your CoPR should valid till 2 dec 2020. Mine is same case I am PR of Canada and my wife has got CoPR and expiring 17 July 2020 Not sure the answer as lots of confusion, but if your wife get success to enter in Canada let me know Good luck.

I just called IRCC and lady representative told me its really unclear that immediate family member of Canadian PR can travel with CoPR or not? But for now answer is no they can't More details wail be posted on IRCC web or twitter account
