Hi, I am an applicant from pakistan,my application reached on 10th sep under NOC 2132( mechanical Engineering) ,and as per PER maill Which i received on 30th December my dd was encashed on 26 nov .So all other applicants of September under 2132 keep ur hope alive. :)
