I am a October 8 applicant... NOC 1123, still waiting to get PER. Got my DD Encashed on Decembr 16th... What should I do now??? Can anyone guide me??

My application was received by CIC on October 8... Till October 10 update there are only 105 in my NOC... Do I have a chance??? I am seriously worried.
