I have a query.... kindly respond. Are DD and CC charged according to the NOC (some NOC may be charged earlier and some later) or applications are not segregated according to NOC before charging and all apps are charged irrespective of NOC in sequence of application received date. ::)

My application received date is 23.10.2014. NOC - 2133, my CC has not been charged yet. I am out of game or what?
